This is one of 500 engagement photos taken by the very talented Taylor Abeel :o) (who was also our wedding photographer). We went down to La Jolla to these gorgeous spots and just had fun with the scenery and playing with poses in front of the camera. This was the first time I had ever had that many photos taken of me at once, and it was very awkward at first. We didn't choose this particular picture, but there were sooooooo many good ones!

The earliest picture we have of Molly is taken on October 13, 2005. Her eyes are open. We "acquired" her soon after her birth and her eyes were still closed. We are assuming that we took the photo very soon after she opened her eyes. This would put her birth date between October 3-5. We do not have an exact date since she wasn't born in our yard. But we can tell you with absolute certainty that she was born sometime during the first week of October in 2005.
