The ultrasound that Dr. Lasting scheduled for me to make sure Zoey wasn't huge went FANTASTIC:
-Baby is definitely a girl (got a few shots of the girly bits).
-She weighed about 7lbs 9oz (+/- 18oz)
-All measurements are right on track for her overall body.
-She is head down and definitely low in the pelvis (she was "floating because she was so high last Thursday)
-Apparently she is going to have a TON of hair...the U/S tech even got a picture of it which I didn't know was possible! :)
Here are some pictures!

Zoey update 37w4d
I just got back from my weekly appointment. I lost 4lbs this week, which baffles me because I've been eating good hehehe! That puts me at +19lbs total. My blood pressure was also great (118/76).
In terms of progression, not much to report. I didn't have anymore no effacement or dilation (still 50% effaced and 1.5cm dilated). The doctor told me today he thought we had a while, which is opposite what he said last week. I'm not disappointed in the lack of progression, because I still have 2.5weeks until my due date. I have some progress down and am continuing to prepare my body with RRL tea and EPO pills.
Zoey was super high and measuring pretty big (bigger than even my normal big measurement) today. Because of this and the fact he couldn't verify her position I have to get an ultrasound to check her size and position before next weeks appointment.
Lastly, I am GBS positive. This bummed me out a bit since I didn't have it with Brodie but it made me feel better to know i didn't do anything to get it. It's naturally occurring and to ensure Zoey doesn't get it during birth I have to get 2 rounds of antibiotics during labor, given 4 hours apart via an IV. I can still get it through my hep lock and after its administered I can walk around and not be confined to a bed. The biggest bummer is that I can't labor at home as long as I was planning because I have to make sure I get both doses and if my water breaks I need to go in within an hour since baby is exposed to infection at that point.
I'm excited for these next few weeks, for Zoey to come when she wants, and for some more cuddle time with my Brodie bear before his sister comes. Pray for Gods will to be done in the entire process! :)

Zoey Check Up...Getting Close! (36w5d)
Today I had another check up for Ms. Zoey...the first of my weekly check ups for this last month of pregnancy. I have been having a lot of Braxton Hicks contractions for a week now (which I never had with Brodie). Also, I started drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea 10 days ago to help strengthen my uterus (3 cups a day) and taking Evening Primrose Oil pills 2x a day to help slowly soften the cervix. Needless to say, I was quite interested to see if anything was happening in the progression department yet and I got my answer today. :)
It was an appointment packed with a lot of things in a short amount of time (including the oh so lovely GBS swab and a check), but luckily I wrote down all the stats before I forgot. Here they are:
-Gained 3 pounds, putting me at +23lbs total
-Blood pressure was good (I'm assuming since they didn't comment on it)
-Fundal measurement was 39 (standard 2.5 weeks ahead that I normally am)
-Zoey has a great heart rate
-Zoey is still high
AND (exciting news at least for me)...
-I'm 1.5 cm dilated already!!!!!
-I'm 50% effaced already!!!!
-Cervix is very soft
The doctor was planning to order an ultrasound for me before he checked me but after the check and seeing that I'm progressing so much already he is holding off. In his words, "I guess I am not going to have to worry about the baby being too big, since who knows if you will make it in here next week." Now, I don't know how serious he was about that last statement of me not lasting another week but I'm going to go ahead and pack my hospital bag this weekend just in case. Sunday I'm full term! WOOT! She will be here before we know it.
Lastly, here is me this past Sunday at 36 weeks pregnant-

Brodie 18 month post
Brodie hit the big year and a half marker on April 2nd. He had his 18 month well baby check up the next day and here are his stats and 18 mo pictures:
*He weighs 27lb1oz (67%ile)*He is 33in (71%ile) tall!*His head is 19in (I think- his paper is in the diaper bag in his room where he is sleeping).
In this past month we have done a TON of things!
We went to the Zoo with him for the first time- he LOVED it! :) It was an awesome family day complete with a picnic at Balboa park afterwards:

We took him on the Poway train and now trains are his new favorite thing :)
We had a hang out day with cousins :)
Auntie Heidi took him to Julian and got him an ice cream cone:
Auntie Hannah fed him lemons:

We went to the WAP with some friends and fed the ducks!
And we went to DISNEYLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Brodie at 17 months (Oh gosh I'm so behind)
Here is Brodie on his 17 month day :) He is such a ham! Some things we did between 16-17mo:
Boogied to music in Costco:
Styled our hair for a B-day party:
Blew Bubbles:
Played spaceman:
Climbed through tunnels:
The month was a blur, I'm not sure what he started saying/doing new...just that he was wild and crazy and I loved every second of it!
:)
